The corrosion detection methods of stainless steel flange are flux leakage method and ultrasonic detection method. Stainless steel flange vacuum seal mainly includes rubber seal, metal seal and magnetic fluid seal. Among them, the metal seal can meet the requirements of ultra-high vacuum, but it has the following disadvantages: the elasticity of the metal seal ring is poor, which requires a lot of sealing force; the reusability is poor; the roughness and matching accuracy of the flange sealing surface and knife edge are high; the thermal expansion coefficient of the seal ring and flange materials is quite different, which is easy to cause local deformation and air leakage.
