Stainless steel flange is a kind of plate-shaped parts, in the pipeline engineering, flange is mainly used for the connection of pipeline, in the need to connect the pipeline, each installation of a flange, low-pressure pipeline can use the screw flange, more than 4 kg of pressure use welding flange, two flange with sealing points, and then with bolts.

Different pressure flanges have different thickness and use different bolts. When water pumps and valves are connected with pipes, parts of these equipment are also made into corresponding flange shapes, also known as flange connection. All the connecting parts which are connected by bolts in two planes and closed at the same time are generally called "flange", such as the connection of ventilation pipes. This kind of parts can be called "flange parts". But this kind of connection is only a part of the equipment, such as the connection between the flange and the water pump, it is not good to call the water pump "flange parts". Relatively small, such as valves, can be called "flange parts".

The main functions of stainless steel flange are as follows:

2. It is convenient to replace a certain section of pipeline;

3. Easy to disassemble and check the pipeline condition;

4. It is convenient to close a certain section of pipeline.
