Application scope of stainless steel flange

1、 Stainless steel non-standard flange is the most common used in pipeline engineering. Stainless steel flange is used in pairs. In pipeline engineering, flange is mainly used for the connection of pipeline. In the pipeline that needs to be connected, all kinds of devices have one flange, low-pressure pipeline can use threaded flange, and welding flange can be used for pressure above 4kg. Add a sealing point between the two flange plates, and then fasten them with bolts. Flange with different pressure has different thickness and different bolts. When water pump and valve are connected with pipeline, parts of these devices and equipment are also made into corresponding flange shape, also known as flange connection.

2、 All the connecting parts that are connected by bolts and closed at the periphery of two planes are generally called "flange", such as the connection of ventilation pipes, which can be called "flange parts". But this kind of connection is only a part of the equipment, such as the connection between the flange and the water pump, it is not good to call the water pump "flange parts". Compare small, such as valves, can be called "flange parts".
