Introduction of flat welding flange

Plate type flat welding flange (chemical standard hg20592, national standard GB / t9119, mechanical JB / T81): it is easy to obtain materials, simple to manufacture, low cost and widely used; however, due to its poor rigidity, it shall not be used in chemical process piping system with requirements of supply and demand, flammability, explosion and high vacuum degree and in high and extremely hazardous occasions. The sealing surface type has plane and convex surface.

Flat plate welding flange is the most common flange, the pressure is pn0.25, pn0.6, PN1.0, pn1.6, pn2.5.

Welding form: plate flat welding flange is to insert the pipe into the flange for welding.
